Around 2am on August 13, 2020, unknown men with police uniforms came into Abubakar Kalama’s home. Witnesses reported that the police men ordered Kalama to surrender his phone and money, they then brutalized him and arrested him.

The family has searched police station, hospitals and morgues but they still have not been able to locate Kalama.
